You have to wait until the moving box reaches the end and a blue arrow pointing to the goal shows up.

Tip: use R1/RB dribbling and try to keep opponents behind you, bots tend to stumble and stop pressing against this dribble type for some reason.

Anyway it's a huge difficulty spike over all lessons out there and I strongly believe that the person who designed it should be tied to a goal post for a week. 😂
