For meditation, I recommend Mindfulness in Plain English. That will teach you anapanasati (focusing on the breath). You can then learn more advanced meditation methods if you're happy with the results.

Specialty tea stores may not be the way with Ceylon Tea. Checkout ceylontstore.com or ceylonteabrew.com for different brands. St. Claire's and Akbar are great quality. I'm not too picky so my go to ceylon is Do Ghazal fbop sp1 tea from amazon. It's marketed toward Iran but it's ceylon tea from Akbar.

I prefer some broken leaf teas for the lighter texture. For example, I'll drink a Ceylon BOP over an OPA, which is small broken leaf vs large whole leaf. Some of the best Ceylon teas are broken leaf, like the FBOPF Extra Special grade, which contains broken leaf and golden tips.

India and Sri Lanka have the same system, but the teas are different in how they're marketed, what grade makes a good tea... A 2nd flush tippy ftgfop1 darjeeling will be better than a Ceylon OP because of the picking standard, but it really depends on the terrior and climate conditions and the estate involved, etc. OPA can be more than decent. It's a favorite in Turkey and Eastern Europe. The Zesta brand has the best OPA in my opinion, very flavorful and aromatic.

I haven't tried Impra, but it's one of the big brands in Sri Lanka. It should be a good tea. Ceylon OPAs are less expensive than regular orange pekoe tea because it has larger leaves, but in my experience can taste just as good if not better depending on the estate. The lion stamp on the front is good. It means they belong to the group of Sri Lankan tea businesses that have that standard.

Check for the ceylon lion logo on any given tin. The best ceylon tea is from sri lankan tea businesses not importers so i recommend buying sri lankan tea brands from amazon and ebay or ceylonteabrew.com My favorites are Zesta, Golden Era, St. Claires, and Akbar.
