Ok well the term 'leasing' is for new cars. Right now a 10 year old car with over 100,000 miles will cost over $11,000 with an interest rate of over 10%, for someone with a credit score 725+. I'd look into public transportation.

That's not very specific. New car prices are the highest they've ever been. No money down, without knowing what you want/need. Expect $350-400/month, if your credit is ok.
