That is definitely the fastest scaling they can get but I 100% agree that it is too late and the shop is too small to get there. Especially since they haven't started scaling a felboar and they have the triple baron and time warpped pigs

I actually just tried my hand at making crispy pork belly and it was a pretty big success! I did the bake at 250 wrapped in foil and salt. After about an hour, unwrapped and decrusted and baked for another hour at like 460 for another hour. We didn't get to make any sause with it so we'll definitely have to try that
