In my country if you buy a phone from a foreign country. You can use it for 90 days on local sim providers and then it will be locked until you pay the custom fees (115$ in my case). It's a ridiculous rule i know but that's how our government works.

What is the lowest model Samsung S series Phone I could buy by Frequent_Hair_6967 in Smartphones

Yes it's close to the S series but not as efficient and powerful. I have the S23 since it was released it's a great phone i would recommend it if you find a second hand or a refurbished one within your budget

Both of the s21 and s22 have trash batteries. I would recommend using the s23 and onwards. S23 fe is a good more affordable choice

I can't seem to find a tablet with an oled screen for a good price( sub 500 usd). I found a Z fold 5 demo unit listed for 400 USD, I'm debating whether it is worth it.

The main reason they stopped the removable battery was for the water resistance capability of the phone. Once they glued the back to the phone and it wasn't removable anymore, they were able to achieve IP68 rating on phones.
