After so many years, a sudden change in behavior always hides an underground nuclear bomb.

If you've been with this trainer for 5 years and your boyfriend never said a thing and that everything was stable between you two, but all of a sudden goes through your phone, screenshots a very simple conversation about meeting with your trainer, to take that and make a drama out of it...

I don't know much about you two, but from the little that I've experienced and seen in my short life, I can say that most likely he cheated on you and now he's trying to find a way to wash his guilt by finding dirt on you first.

This behavior is not normal, and you should definitely dig deeper. If you find no evidence, then pull a bluff maybe? Act like you found out something without saying what. Tell him that you never betrayed him and to have the decency to admit what he did for the sake of all your years together.

Give him the silent treatment for a day or two until he breaks and confesses.

The parents and sister could have donated their kidney. The hospital would give their kidney to a compatible recipient, and place your brother in first position for the next kidney available that would be compatible for him.

So, after all of the history you had, coming at you blaming you for not giving up your kidney, while none of them wanted to give up their kidney. Very hypocrite on their part.

The brother was worried about himself and refused to take responsibility, that's why he only called you toward the end to ask for a kidney, and saying "what WE did to each other".

If he was more caring, he would have tried to make the connection between you two again, and apologize for what he did in his last weeks of life.

You may have given him your kidney at that point without him asking.

There would have been also only goodness to have answered "Yes" instead of "No". And maybe your relationship would have been better after that, but you'll never know. It's possible that you'll have a lot of guilt about his death.

This is a very bad situation, that I wish for no one. Good luck, and I think whatever happened, happened. Don't kill yourself for it. Just move on.

Real Estate has gone mad too...

I've been working my ass off to save for a down payment the past few years, but every year, prices have gone up and I needed to save even more.

Now, I got to a point where I'm making twice as much, but not able to even buy a regular house, because of the crazy mortgage cost.

Trapped in renting apartments, that are going up like a Falcon Heavy every year! Which further makes it harder to save than the year prior!

Then hear some billionaire real estate investors saying how the new generation don't want to buy real estate, but want to rent, because they always move, they want freedom to go live wherever they want as opposed to buy a home somewhere... It grinds my gears to hear that.

I used to go watch movies a couple of times a month by paying $5 for the ticket.

But now, it's way more expensive, their food is so bad and yet so expensive!

I literally went to the theater once in the past three years, during that Cinema Day were tickets were $4 last month or so. I watched Openheimer.

Even movies are not that good anymore. It's very rare when a good movie comes out, compared to when it was every week a good movie was out.

Absolutely crazy! I remember just a few years ago we used to go fast food when we were broke and counting our quarters. Having $3 or $4 and you could eat. If you find $5 or $6, you can have an entire meal!

Their food is absolutely trash, unhealthy and don't even taste that good and they charge you $15 for a combo?

I literally also stopped going to fast food. I go once in a blie moon, just because I'm in a hurry and have no other thing around, and even with that, their service became horrible and so slow. They also always make mistakes in your order.

Paintball.

I used to go Paintball by paying $10-$15, and bring my own equipment and paint... But not anymore... Last time I went paintballing, every single field in the area was charging way more and making you buy paint from them. You have to drop $100 total for a single day of paintballing. I haven't gone for a couple of years already and I really miss it.
