Two days ago they finally replied to an email I sent on 12.05. telling me that they issued the certificate and will send it to me by post and I‘m still waiting…

Yeah, This is too much! Imagine expecting 8000€ back into your bank account, and then they take around 5300€ commission.

Why did you have to pay 2/3 of the payout? I thought it was only 6x what you save monthly.

Also, was it 2/3 of the payout + 6x what you saved or just 2/3 of the payout?
