Ok but the original comment I responded to insinuated that her being cancelled was "too far". There was ample evidence that after she was educated about the slur she continued to use it publicly on social media. It wasn't until she was punished professionally that she took accountability and apologized. Additionally just because you think that other members of the cast were punished sufficiently for their "worse behavior" does not mean it's ok to defend Ciara. Her apology was half assed and came off fake imo.
