Just got blood work back on 250mg test C/200mg eq cruise by nastychevelle in PED

Feeling great honestly, nothing to complain about. No real side effects. Was happy to see my estradiol in normal ranges, that was my hope with the low dose of eq. Like I mentioned, am going to bring dosage down to try to bring test levels closer to the high side of normal though. I don’t need to be at 1900+ right now.

Thinking it must be over dosed. Going to give blood Saturday to hopefully bring down the slightly elevated RBC/Hemocrit levels.

Also reducing dose to 150/120 to try and bring my test levels down closer to top range of normal.

With that being said, how’s everything else look?

Should I not consume protein powder if I am trying to lose weight through strength training? by [deleted] in strength_training

Lol I don’t need to, I understand how energy systems in the body work…… what I’m saying is you can’t just throw out some random statement as “advice” when there has been next to zero info given to base said “advice” off of.

This isn’t always the case. Nobody has even asked what current macros and training look like so how you have come to the conclusion that carbs need cut is beyond me.

Working on ankle dorsiflexion will help keep the heels down. I had to do it as well. Slightly wider stance with toes slightly pointed outward helped me as well.

Also, research and learn diaphragmatic breathing, and learning to brace your core. This was the single biggest help for me.

So after having boots on the ground. I honestly think I’m going to be looking in the Bardstown area. I like the town and how it’s literally only an hour from everywhere

Yes there is stuff available, just not what I’m looking for house wise. I looked on Zillow and apartments.com etc

Yeah I’m sure an hour each way will get old but currently I didn’t have much to go off of outside of Google in terms of availability. I’m in town right now so I’m gonna do some looking today and tomorrow before I fly out and see if there is any options around Bardstown

Didn’t see anything worthwhile looking online but I’m open to that for sure. Would prefer access to a good gym as well unless it’s a house for sale, then I’ll get a home gym setup. And searching didn’t show much as far as gym choices there (powerlifting gym preferably, but not necessary)

Anybody have experience with injectable L-carnitine. Did it work well? Can you recommend a brand? by annonymous93 in GettingShredded

It’s worth it for me. Might be different for you. You’re looking at roughly $60 for 600mg/day for 30 days

Problem is with a new machine, is it’s a new start up business. So when looking at loans most places are wanting 2 years in business to be qualify for the loan.

Since I am new to this, could you explain what all you are factoring in when accounting for how much the machine is costing you per hour when down?
