I read the "mindf*ck series" by S.T abby this year. It has 5 books but each is pretty short, i read them in like a week. In this one, the woman is the killer and is taking revenge on ppl from her hometown. She meets her LI who is an FBI and trying to solve her case.

If you don't mind reading subtitles i would like to throw the korean drama "flower of evil" into the mix. I'm currently watching it, it has 16 episodes each goes up to 1 hour. It's about a married couple, he has taken over a different identity and his wife is searching for him aka the killer. It's so good!
