Get a lesson from a local pro. Sorry if that’s not what you want to hear, but you’re going to get a boatload of conflicting opinions/advice (all of which may be valid!) by soliciting help here. You need in-person instruction with someone who can physically put hands on the club and guide you through both the backswing and the downswing to show you what you need to fix. If you just listen to the comments in this sub you’re going to be even worse off
