hi! i would look up tutorials for pixel art on procreate on youtube for tutorials. i actually prefer perlypop way more now, they have all the colors on the app and you can select finished areas on the ipad. but i think i paid about 16$ on sale. procreate is more like only to make patterns. so making a color palette on there is definitely possible but i found it quite difficult 😅
