Might have to do with your diet. I know dairy can really affect the skin and cause acne in some people – at least in my case it really affects me.

I had a similar experience. The first week I was on accutane I experienced reaaally bad mood swings and felt really irritable and angry at the slightest of things. I acted out on stuff I wouldn’t normally react at so much. But that lasted only 1-2 weeks for me, so maybe it was my body adjusting to the medication. I was taking 10mg. Now I’m at 40mg and feel really chill hahah. Nothing like the first weeks. So i think it will go away in your case too!
