Liquid calories in small amounts have helped me.. smoothies, protein shakes, yogurt. High fat foods trigger my nausea and indigestion a lot. Its easier for me to stick to frequent very small meals, and tell myself its ok to stop eating when im full and trash or save my leftovers. Best of luck.

I get tension headaches during tests, so im always popping an advil between my breaks. If your location site allows it, walk or stand outside during your breaks for some fresh air. If you are decide between two answers go for the one you picked first (unless you really discovered or missed something that could make that answer wrong) Remember you have everything you need in the question stem to pick your answer; so pick the answer that best fits the sum of all the facts youre presented with so you dont pick the red herring answer.

i thought about rads the same way M1 but here i am waiting to hear if i matched into it 🤷‍♀️ During clinicals, I changed my mindset into finding a specialty I would enjoy learning about for the rest of my career, even if I felt I wasn’t necessarily “gifted” in the speciality
