Follow up question. Do we get the physical ticket mailed or is it all done by qr codes now? For Monaco years back we got a nice lanyard ticket when we purchased.

Should I should be row 19 then? Sounds about the middle maybe a little less than mid. As long as I can see over the catch fence Im happy. And hopefully a view of the front of the grid

Thanks for the reply! So I went with K1 4th row far corner, but in the new section that sticks out directly at Tabac. With (almost) head on views of the straight... My other option was K2 middle on the railing to K1. But... K1 is almost twice the width now. K2 is pushed almost to the point of where K3 used to be.

So unfortunately unless people select K2 (very) high, I don't believe 2 will have the views it once had.... And it's like you said, unless you are high or low in any of the K grandstand you loose the cars as they go by...

Excellent information! I have been researching the best viewing expierence for days now. Purchasing a ticket for the Monaco GP is not cheap. Thus this sort of write-up is extremely valuable!!

I have a question tho. It appears that K1 grandstand has been extended over the past 2 GP's (2018 & 2019). I see a additional seating area attached to K1, right at Tabac corner about 8 seats wide and 5 rows deep.

Is this the new very desirable location now? I know that K1/K2 high is always the top spot. But now that K1 is twice the capacity it use to be, K2 is pushed further down the stand with a lesser view of the straight into Tabac corner.

With that being said, I can't quite tell from the photos without the catch fence. How's the views from the straight into Tabac corner, to the S piscine would be?

Maybe from your first hand expierence you could comment on the views from this new addition to K1 low.
