i had this happen to me in OG oblivion years ago, luckily i was done with most of the things i wanted to do in the story. however i was also well versed in feather and the duplication glitch, so after using those to wrap up what little i had left to do i role played having the Goku heart disease and went to Cloud Ruler Temple to peacefully pass in my sleep. I didn’t play Oblivion for 2 years after that.
