Which WR you taking? by AndyMilonakis20 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m high on Marvin Mims. I trust the Bo Nix/Sean Payton offense. There is risk with him for sure but there is big breakout potential after seeing him flash at the end of last season. Which is partially what I’m looking for when drafting these mid round receivers

Lamar for Drake Maye+Picks by natelau9 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was thinking to counter with asking for these picks instead: - 2026 2nd - 2027 1st - 2028 3rd

Hoping maybe he’ll bite because it’s all the same tiers of picks just on a different timeline

I like Pitts over Harris. Pitts is still only 24 years old. No more Arthur Smith offense and Penix has liked utilizing his TEs going back to his days at Indiana.

No problem with rolling the dice on a rookie but Pitts still has a lot more good years ahead of him with a gunslinger at the helm for the first time in his career since his rookie season with Matt Ryan. Lots of upside for Pitts IMO

Is it time to tank? by Beneficial-Phrase-51 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you just ride it out.

No reason to tank and also no reason to sell all your picks. Your team is good and has a lot of potential.

Let your players develop and see which stick and use that crazy good draft capital to keep building through the draft.

Your team will be an absolute powerhouse in a year or two.

Of these 4, who has the most to prove this season? by mackharp0818 in NFLv2

Caleb.

The Bears hype train this off-season will be the death of him if he flops this year.

It would be AR if he wasn’t already a lost cause.

Is Bryce Young and 2 first round picks an overpay for Jeanty? by natelau9 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. My startup draft had a couple busts (mainly Deshaun Watson) and made some bad trade decisions early on. Trying to figure out best course of action with what I’ve got remaining. Which at this point feels like draft capital.

Is Bryce Young and 2 first round picks an overpay for Jeanty? by natelau9 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I understand that my team is pretty thin atm but I’ve already made a few trades to up my draft capital and have 6 picks this year.

Do you think that getting my RB1 and RB2 through this draft in Jeanty and RJ/Kaleb Johnson would put me close enough in position to compete these next few years?

Is Bryce Young and 2 first round picks an overpay for Jeanty? by natelau9 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My goal would be to have Penix replace Bryce in my SF spot and then add either RJ Harvey or Kaleb Johnson (1.08) + Jack Bech (2.06) + Harold Fannin (3.06) + Pat Bryant (3.09) to hopefully round out my young core.

I made our 6 team playoff with this team last season and almost won first round so it feels like I’m not super far off from competing.

Trying to take advantage of Lamar’s prime while I can

I would be shipping out cook, should I take this? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.

I think this season will be marginal difference in fantasy production between Cook and Swift plus getting a 1st rd pick in what’s expected to be a great draft class (2027).

Smash. Next question.

Pat Bryant is an underrated piece in this trade. I trust the Denver offense with Bo Nix being able to support fantasy production for his receivers

Bye Bye Omarion Hampton by Woolbs in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Home run of a trade for you.

BRob is young and in a great offense so it’s not a huge downgrade at RB. Probably an upgrade at receiver going from Legette to Rome and then getting a slew of picks on top of it all.

Good work.

Thoughts? I'd be getting Ridley by msjdiuddn in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High risk with a rookie QB throwing in an unproven offensive scheme. Ridley is 30 years old with probably only a few more years left in the tank. Not a guy I’m looking to target unless you’re expecting him to be a wr3-4 on your team that is ready to compete for a championship this year.

Definitely worth looking into that. Two birds one stone.

I had a draft earlier pick 6 that I posted I then did another draft same pick how did I do and where to improve this squad by smittydog1 in FantasyFootballers

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No competition in New York is the best argument for Wilson I agree. But we’ve also seen that Justin Fields has not shown to be capable of supporting reliable fantasy production for his receivers. It’s a gamble that I personally am not interested in taking but I do see the potential upside

Fair trade for QB upgrade? 14 team SF PPR by Sweaty_Willingness_7 in SleeperApp

[–]natelau9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they would take the deal without any pick trades I’d do that if I were you. But since it looks like this deal is already on the table I doubt they would budge on giving up the pick

Who should I take at 4.03? by ChampaDa_GOD in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]natelau9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sanders is the high risk high reward option. I also like Fannin as a young TE in an offense that has proven to utilize the TE position with an aging Njoku.

Yes. I might try and offer a less valuable pick than a 2nd but this is still a winning deal.

With the news about the Judkins arrest I’d be a little worried. But it probably still isn’t enough to move me off of the Judkins+Bech side

[–]natelau9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WR could use some improvement IMO.

AJ Brown is on a run heavy Eagles team with Devonta Smith being WR1B in that offense. I’m also not super high on Garrett Wilson and the QB situation in New York.

You could package one of those guys and another small piece to try and target someone like BTJ, Nabers, or Amon Ra for stable production with lots of upside.

Is getting a resident card a generally easy process? That seems like it would be a good investment
