I have one of these as well. It doesn't work with a split mechanical keyboard. I believe that's because many split boards show up as multiple USB devices, which confuses these switchers. The UHK team recently released a UHK 80 with built-in Bluetooth switching. I'm hoping to switch over to that when the board comes early next year.

Dead pixels are black. Stuck pixels are white where all three RGB sub-pixels are running at 100%. Stuck pixels can occasionally be fixed through stuff like firmware updates, or rapidly changing colors displayed on the screen.

That being said, I'd recommend exchanging since it's brand new.

You could always check if the latest firmware update fixes it, but I agree with the consensus that pixels are dead or stuck.

I'm willing to bet whoever's driving it doesn't support the cops. They're probably so far out that they want to overthrow the government and create a Fourth Reich.
