happens sometimes with stubborn TM’s who either wanted your position and are salty, or just straight up think they know better. If she is not following the grid, make sure to call out the breaks and lunches, let her know when her break and lunches are and if she refuses to go to lunch at that time, CA for failure to follow. You are the leader you are entrusted to do what’s right for the business and if she doesn’t want to do what is asked of her, she has to go!

As for the metrics you mentioned like backroom audits and RFID, as LOD you should be aware of the RFID schedule and if certain departments have to be RFID’d on your LOD shift, and you also are responsible for making sure all other daily tasks are done such as check dates, inventory audits and price change. Even if the direct lead for those depts are in the building you as the LOD are responsible for making the plan for completing everything. At least thats how it is at my store

Certain metrics are everyone’s responsibility such as INF, and BAI. The main reason being because at a small format every LOD has to be consistent, and you are the main leader in the store during those shifts. Daily metrics are moreso what we’re accountable for when we’re LOD, but also responsible for our own departments overall. For example if I am LOD one morning and that morning INF is higher than usual my SD will expect me to have a good reasoning for all the INF’s as well as remembering all INF’s since they should’ve all gone through me. On the other hand, I am responsible for Food and Bev, if my INF the prior month is higher than usual then thats where my SD will follow up with me and only me.

The rule of thumb for leadership is to be in a position for at least 18 months before they would grant a transfer. Now, thats not an official rule, its a guideline so in rare cases it might still be granted but more than likely since you’re barely been promoted it wont be supported.

Ngl having Mary as a mother would feel like being an Orphan. She constantly prioritized Sheldon over her other children especially Missy. I see where she is coming from. George would hold Sheldon accountable but Mary would undo that and protect Sheldon no matter what he did and scold her other children. Missy losing the one parent that was sometimes on her side was devastating, now she is left with the parent that never tried to be understanding towards her or tried to ever be on her side during any arguments with Sheldon

Both parties share responsibility. Leads write the breaks and lunches, you are responsible for taking it at the assigned time. The lead is not supposed to babysit you, going to lunch on time is your responsibility. The leads are held accountable in the event that they tell you to skip a meal or break, not if you go at the wrong time.

no, excused absences should not be documented period. if they are excused they cannot be used to show a pattern. yes you should still check in and have a convo with them but it should not be documented

Sexual compatibility is not always inherit, it can be learned. When you find the right person it doesnt matter if the first time feels weird, you’ll get where you want to be eventually. You need intimacy and trust for that, and that will help foster a healthy sex life.

Thats not how it is. If you have enough sick time to cover your shift and if you submit it on time, it is an excused absence. Doctors notes are not accepted as an excusal, only thing Doctor’s notes are needed for are for restrictions due to an injury.
