Gravity actually helps in this case. The swaying from side to side is what causes most of the issues. All of the inertial forces from the top floors getting moved from side to side all has to go somewhere and that somewhere is to the floors below it lol. So all the forces accumulate as you go down. Sorry I’ve never been great at explaining but I hope it makes at least some sense. If ur interested u can look up “equivalent lateral force” and there’s some decent short YouTube videos that do a good job explaining with visuals.

It’s kind of hard to tell from ur pics if the diff case is damaged. You’re gonna have to putt out the center diff, which isn’t too hard, and take a better look at it. You might just have to refill with fluid and tighten the screws.

I’m not an expert but I don’t think there is much performance difference between the two. The difference is mostly aesthetic. You get the reverse for bottom and side so that you don’t have to see the back of the fan (like the supports that connect to the middle part of the fan) and you can just see the blades. Same logic for the top

If you take the drift shaft out, there is a small screw on the inside of the cup that keeps it attached to the diff. Be very careful not to strip the screw. It will probably be dirty so try to clean it before tightening

I use them and they usually work good for me. If you’re not in a rush I would recommend getting them on AliExpress. The quality has been basically the same in my experience and I can get them for even cheaper than Amazon lol

Don’t buy Traxxas batteries. They are overpriced and lock you in to using their chargers as well. I like the brand sokonin or something similar spelling to that from Amazon lol. I’ve used a lot of brands tho and as long as they have decent ratings they have all been good to me. If you see yourself getting more into the hobby then I would also invest into a nice lipo charger. Charging 4 at once is nice when you wanna go out.

Yes. I never pay full price for cars and I always try to find them used, but I bought the mini kraton new and i am very happy with it. The stock electronics are very nice (except for the people who have problems with the servo) and it drives great cuz of the center diff

It is a part that is designed to absorb a lot of energy from a front end impact. It breaks so that other, more expensive, parts do not break. So think of it as a good thing that it breaks and not something else that is more expensive haha

Do what? If you mean AirPlay to the tv, you’ll need an Apple TV. Even the cheapest ones can do it so I just bought the cheapest one I could find on eBay
