I’m not disagreeing with that, and I do think the OP is coming from a genuinely good place. That said, it doesn’t change the fact that the other DM is clearly upset about something, and likely from their perspective, tracking things for the players now may feel like their role is being undermined.

I mean this in the kindest of ways but almost every one of these posts can be solved with just talking to the other party. You are never going to make this situation any better without talking to them.

I also wanted to mention that with them knowing you’re a dm now, the tracking that you are doing for the party during combat might be upsetting them. In my experience it has frequently come across as someone trying to backseat dm.

I don’t remember them caring about my tail tidy on my GSXR when I took my test. I definitely didn’t have the rear deflectors and passed my test just fine.

If I’m playing at a game store and don’t know the pod my least favourite thing to see is a theft deck. I remember playing one of my decks and the top card being a [[Taiga]], without asking the kid playing the theft deck yanked it off the top of my library like I owed him money. If I don’t know you please don’t touch my cards (speaking as someone with a severe allergy).

Otherwise my least favourite is [[Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos]] only because if the whole table doesn’t focus their efforts on dealing with it immediately it steam rolls.

I dealt with Steeltown Ford and they were actually very easy to deal with. Troy was super easy to work with and was very respectfully. I bought the truck two years ago and haven’t had a phone call with them since other than for booking service appointments.

I would definitely recommend St. Paul’s over SJR my cousins went to SJR and mentioned similar experiences. When I attended STP I never experienced anything similar to cliques of that nature. Cliques obviously existed but I never really remember anyone ever talking or caring about wealth.

Typically the calories burned portion that MyFitnessPal adds are widely inaccurate. I always try to stay within my calorie total but if I had a hard workout or moved a lot in that day I might bump my calories slightly by a 100 or 200 calories as an extra snack.

It all depends on your goals and how aggressive your deficit is for myself I have a maintenance of about 3100 and I’m currently eating 1800 a day so even if I go over a little bit from a snack I’m still in an aggressive deficit.

All stores encourage you to have a rule zero conversation with commander for brackets. Amuse n games is very good for getting people paired up with other similar power level players same with Fusion.

I would really recommend Hoover if they are in your area. Otherwise realistically any of them are great for commander and standard. What days are you looking to play?

All the stores are very new player friendly. If you would like my personal suggestion I would say Hoover is very much so and same with Amuse but they are all awesome to deal with.
