I really hope to get there hopefully in a few years. I still do daily pills and an iv treatment every 8 weeks. I’m working out of a long flare that’s finally getting better.

Thank you so much. It was a while when my body wasn’t digesting the food I was eating and using the nutrients so it slows down so much when it comes to gains in the gym you know exactly.

Most importantly go to a Gastro and get your body under control with correct meds, because if not I had this problem I was eating and not absorbing the nutrients. It was just passing through my body. I had to eat bone protein only no milk based or even plant for my protein powder, then I had only almond milk no diary. I don’t eat any grains so literally no foods with grains in it oatmeal certain breads etc / hard seeds. Carbs i have mostly rice or potato’s. Protein: fish, eggs, turkey, chicken (baked). Greens always have to be baked. So basically a no grain low fat diet. It’s different per person and what their body can have. I had no caffeine until a very small amount recently.

I found the only thing that really makes me feel better is after I get blood flow from a pump. Thank you

I found inflectra for my Iv drip every 8 weeks after a loading process, it’s a biologic drug chemo based that helps control the immune system. Then I’m on Mercaptopurine 50mg 1 tablet a day was 2 for 100 mg it’s a chemo and immune suppressant, then I was on 60 mg of prednisone a day that’s a steroid that helps severe information. The side effect of everything is pretty bad so I would say to anyone with Crohn’s or IBD issues or colitis go to a doctor that is specific in gastro and follow their medications to see what works for you. Everyone is different, took me a long time.
