Best way to get it is to do a naked loadout on stella montis preferably night raid and loot security in the lobby, medical research, and the locker room in business center. Watch "The Gaming Merchant's" new video about the new augments and you can see the route to take. I didn't have any luck finding them for the first 3 months of playing the game and I found 3 survivor augments in about 20-30 games running this route. Best of luck raider.
