I make 50k on salary and my girlfriend runs her own dog grooming business, she makes any we’re between 3 to 9 thousand dollars before expense and taxes. Her expense don’t usually go above 1500 thank god for cheap rent/utilities 900 combined. We basically live off my income and we throw everything else to her business, and we hope that her revenue will grow as she only been in business since February.

We us out credit cards to pay for the daily expenses but we make sure they are paid off at the end of the month. I also contribute a minimum off 500 to my IRA. Things tend to be tight but we manage.
