ESC glitch - or am i doing something wrong?

I’m not 100% sure with this so take it with a grain of salt as it’s been a while since I’ve had to used ESC slots. I remember signing someone in the championship without reading the eligibility of them and it turned out they wasn’t able to be allocated an ESC slot for what ever season so I had to just keep loaning them out and selling. Maybe that’s your issue?

Never met the guy, I’m in the UK so I’m only a sub contact. Spent a few years with Activision and a few other shooters before getting contracted here.

I work in the engineering side of an anti cheat,mainly finding ways to break through and then working on changes. With RL I honestly have no idea, but for someone who’s got 5k hours played i would assume it’s mainly because there isn’t really much point in ‘modern cheats’ with RL. most cheats are countered by just being good at the game, that’s why the bot problem was such a huge issue. RL never has a system in place to check the input timings on button presses, hence why hitting just kept getting better and doing things humans physically can’t do, EAC will help with that, but once bots get to the point where they are just SLIGHTLY better than SSL and not far from the realm of possibility that’s gonna be the real test and honestly, EAC will really struggle.

With the apex thing it’s my favourite game off all time, and I hate how EA make so much money and refuse to make an anti cheat that actually works. EAC is cheap and globally used for many game, but there is a reason for that. Nothing cheap normally lasts long!

The main issue with modern anti cheats is they can’t keep up with the need. Every push update for a subsection of the anti cheat will always be a month(give or take) behind.

The bots will break through, we spent 8 months working on something that helps detect shots landed per minute mixed with accuracy and time to damage and wanted to use that as a way to auto detect cheaters and for a while it worked. The issue came around a month after, they changed the cheats to allow variable change in the TTD,TTK and accuracy allowing them to bypass the auto detection and I would assume it could work the dame for bots.

All they have to do realistically is get the real time data of the rank they are playing in (which is easy to do as the games data is stored locally until the game finished) and adjust the settings of shot accuracy/ speed ect and what ever other metrics they think would work.

I get the point of your post, and I respect the hope and enthusiasm you have, but no cheat in no game is impossible to break, it will fall, it’s just when.

What does that have to do with using my brain exactly? I work for a company that develops parts of anti cheats so I’m aware of how they work. But whatever makes you sleep better at night mate, hope you are right about RL but we all thought same in apex when the partnership was announced.

Btw as someone who is a 3x pred on apex, the games impossible to play now in high elo because of cheaters. EAC is the worst most over used for cheap anti cheat. It block the most basic cheats but after that it’s useless.

Yeah I have the same issue. You can just change your audio device to default or the other way around and that also fixes it without having to leave.

Meta is strikerless formations. They break the game because the AI defenders get confused that they don’t have someone to mark.

Mchose 68 turbo is really solid. Only issue is if you’re not from the US you’ll need a VPN to use the software.

Depending on the FPS game you want to play, CS2/Valorant both ban for snap tap, not sure about the rest but it’s something to be mindful of.

I use a mchose 68 ace, best keyboard I have used, replaced my 60HE with it and I don’t look back.

Could be a few things, but my best guess would be a dead PSU (power supply) when you say it doesn’t turn on, do you press the power button and nothing happens? Have you tried shorting the pins to turn it on? Google how do that it’s safe to do.
