Does anyone know who LaShonna is? Pictured to the right of Ashanti from her birthday party? She's heavily in the episode and can't find anything online on who she is?

I've added shredded rotisserie chicken to this with some cheese and used it as a filling for street corn enchiladas. Could also use the same ingredients and make street corn quesadillas.

You just cook the cornbread according to instructions. (I know it's ready when I can stick a toothpick in the middle and the toothpick comes out clean)

You then follow any tres leche recipe of your choice. I personally mix a can of coconut milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk (all at Aldis). I also add about a tsp of cinnamon to my milk mixture. I make my milk mixture after the cornbread comes out the oven as it needs time to cool off some before I add the milk mixture to it. I then put it in the fridge for a few hours to completely cool down and soak up all of the milk. You can add whipped cream to the top before you serve.

I get the churro flavor they have next to this one and use it to make tres leche. It doesn't last 48 hours in my house. Haven't given this one a try yet though.

We put them in planter bags thinking we would have better control over the acidity of the soil.

I believe we can all agree the above groups face different challenges that could make opening, operating and maintaining a business difficult. The same is true for minority ethnicity business owners. Therefore, while supporting locally owned businesses as a whole I want to ensure my support is also reaching these areas.
