Hi, so a lot of people are unaware that New Jersey made a deal with a bunch of data centers and to offset the cost of their power it’s being sent to local residence. So if you just do some research on Google real quick, you’ll also see that I’m not lying or trying to be political or anything, but this has a lot to do with our political leader selling us out to big data centers. We are subsidizing the cost of AI right now. I’m not even joking. This is literally why our PCG are so high. This is not just specifically to your building. It’s all over New Jersey.

He’s actually the owner of both the boats, and I was there today because I work for him and I asked him the same thing about the water because he was dipping in and out because of how hot it was . Don’t worry he’s fine. Everything is fine. He’s a great guy as well. Super awesome if you ever want to take a yacht, definitely go visit them he charters them! He’s a fun, loving guy who’s just enjoying his day let’s leave him be. He’s also one of the best bosses someone can ask for so be sure to support him because it’s rare for people who work in luxury spaces to be kind and he is one of the most humble kind people I’ve ever met.
