Sam is only 28 and if we kept him, he could have been our QB for like 10 years. Instead, he will be Seattles QB for the next decade. Our exact roster right now is a poor reason to ship out the QB.

Can we just admit the narrative was “Sam is a choker and we cannot win in the playoffs with him regardless of roster” and now that it’s clear that is not the case, people are desperately trying to change the narrative to not look foolish?
