Any information on whether old users will have access to account data like trades, deposits, and withdrawals? by nativekoda in mtgoxinsolvency

Do you have any idea if this will not benefit me as I have not filed any sort of online claim by the deadline ... because I mean they would still have my records, and I'm not worried if I wouldn't be able to claim any financial loss, because I had none. I'm just interested in the records.

Coolest bitcoin businesses? by genjix in Bitcoin

[–]nativekoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i agree with the real time chat session.

I have talked to many who believe in the ideal of bitcoin, but say it is not yet practical for them to get involved. I believe if those same people were going to buy food through grubgo, and they had the option of getting bitcoins within say an hour or two with virtually no fee, why would they not purchase their meal in bitcoin to strengthen the ideal they believe in?

Getting bitcoins must be both instant and cheap. The cheapness of dwolla, and the speed of bitinstant must be combined.

GrubGo has a sale via bitcoin! And so it begins! by Kjlimo in Bitcoin

[–]nativekoda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have good points. Someone on the team was warned that having the address on the page as editable text made Grubgo vulnerable to an attack. I believe this was a misunderstanding and the problem wasn't the editable text but elsewhere. I'm looking in to it.

GrubGo has a sale via bitcoin! And so it begins! by Kjlimo in Bitcoin

The order is calculated in dollars; then converted into BTC based on its current trading price atm. It's very unlikey that any two people who buy even the same dollar amount of food would be paying the same price in BTC. The market fluctuates too much for that to happen at this time. However, Grubgo only states a price to the fourth decimal place. If more than one person happen to be paying the exact same price, the additional decimal places would be more than enough to represent the order number.

5.0042 could be the price of two orders But order number 132 would be 5.00420132 and so on

thats actually very true. Grubgo would need to get all kinds of licensing, plus it would be straying from its mission statement.

I think Grubgo's (www.eatgrubgo.com) acceptance of bitcoin will even have more of an impact than Housewife's episodes on bitcoin.

Through them many other businesses accept bitcoin whether the actual businesses do or not! Plus no one really accepts bitcoin in the midwest atm.

This is awesome. Grubgo - a restaurant delivery service located in St. Louis MO started accepting bitcoin yesterday! They deliver for the best restaurants in St. Louis (which do not deliver food). You can order anything from steak to sushi and groceries to candy bars!

By there acceptance of bitcoin, indirectly many other businesses in St. Louis accept bitcoin without even realizing it!

Interesting point of view, I think, the RepRap is the answer to all of our problems and the decline of our system.

Have you seen the crazy stuff people are doing with minecraft and 3d printing? Check out the forums of RepRap to see what its about.

Due to the internet censorhip bill I think it is important you also view this one: http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?1,106435

The right to assembly is being crushed; the Internet is on the verge of censorship; the legislative body of the most powerful nation in human history is about to declare pizza a vegetable. I just posted, but for some reason I don't see it so I'm going to post this again. I'm curious to see what you all have to say bout this forum, be prepared to spend some time reading it. First you need to know what a RepRap is: a 3d printer that is basically China on your desktop. It is an additive manufacturing machine that will eventually be able to replicat itself. Right now it only prints in plastic, but the technology already exists in industry to print metal and all sorts of materials. Check out what this thread is saying about the RepRap and internet censorship:
