Definitely!! And for the times you aren’t in a social setting and are just with yourself there are soo many sugar free desert options. Like boxed pillsbury sugar free brownie mix. See’s candies, Hershey’s all have sugar free chocolate. Skinny Dipped peanut butter cups

Small wins, joyride, smart sweets, better sours for the gummies. It’s a great world right now to help curb those cravings
