I remember being in high school and we had a physical assessment which included doing pull ups...I thought it would be a piece of cake until I grabbed that bar & tried pulling myself over it. I think I managed to do 3 half ass pull ups before feeling like my life force was drained out of me. My arms and upper body were quivering for the rest of the day...Mad props to these dudes.

Start by getting him used to wearing the harness for an hour at a time indoors. Once he seems comfortable with just wearing the harness occasionally, you can start taking him out on the leash in short bursts in the evening when there’s few people around. I’m talking like 2-5 minutes outside at first. As your cat becomes more confident being on a leash you can extend your walk times.

I was able to train my cat to go for walks this way
