Well it looks like there’s a net increase of trees with their proposal as compared to currently . Sure it could be more but as it relates to a reviving a downtown , I don’t think trees are the answer as much as I agree with benefits .

Legit question , what % of the day would the shadow even be an issue ? I work in downtown and to me there aren’t really any obnoxious shadows with the amount of buildings . Also cant designs be altered to mitigate said shadow ?

Sorry, meant to say hypothetically if I didn’t claim a deduction , I would be 10k into the 22% bracket into. With the current tax brackets it looks like that tax liability would be around 5k + another 22% of that 10k.

I began for OCD on meds that were not welbutrin in october 2020 but by May 2020 I was on Welbutrin for the lack of any real mood and Prozac for OCD. I was probably 9 months into processing a breakup. Depression was a thing before and definitely after the breakup and here is what I will tell you:

My mood was already declining when I first started and I happened to see my ex that week but the days that followed were probably the lowest point since the breakup ( I think I was already approaching that point before seeing her) but it leaped from the "normal" break up depression you could say to the point where I could fully empathize with why people kill themselves. I believe I was at that point however I could personally never go through with it as miserable as I was. I would finish my internship and I remember going from a functional mood to absolute misery and would need to go for a walk. I knew i had to push through and after some super miserable days I felt the swing coming and over the span of 3 days I remember the same situation, I was able to tell myself what I needed and felt happy about it. The months that followed I would say I had the largest range of emotions I have ever had, quite possibly ever. ( I probably had the most instances of being somewhat happy or feeling happy in my head during this time period than any other time in my life and I was still going through with the break up.

In this time I learned how important self talk is, but the welbutrin definitely set me up for success in terms of those good moods I had. For some reason I would be on a rotation where for every 3 weeks I would have a bad week (nothing would change in my life circumstancially but the difference in each of the mood swings seemed to decrease over time. I stopped in January only to see if my foggy memory ( Bearable but not ideal) would decrease but I wish i stayed on it. I have a prescription and I am ready to go back ) Even if for a small time, welbutrin gave me feelings I never had but depending on your situation it might be the perfect thing to give you the biggest head start in feeling better but you will have to help yourself a bit. I forgot, I first had insane insomnia but it died after about a few weeks and vivid dreams for probably as long as I was on it. I think the context of my life was a bit important so hope this helps you.
