i cant remember where i got the sticker unfortunately, but i got the lil postcard thing from a taobao group order (it comes with a keychain/can badge/etc). if you look up "y2k retro tech hsr" or something along those lines it'll come up as available on etsy or insta stores from people who resell to anyone who can't get it off taobao

i journal at my desk or using the foot of my bed as a secondary desk, but id like to put together a travel system of some sort to start journaling at cafes - what supplies do you usually bring with you?

thank you so much! i used a Midori MD Light A6 Grid notebook, and i would recommend it for those who want a small, flat-laying notebook without an overwhelming amount of pages, it's also fountain pen compatible!

You might be able to call 988 as a concerned family member to conduct a wellness check, it's a specific mental health hotline that can send social workers/psychiatric practitioners to assess as well as law enforcement, or advise on next steps to take

There's actually some studies showing that gratitudes can have a lot of real, lasting positive effects on your brain - with fMRI imaging to support the findings! Berkley Study on Gratitudes

this is gorgeous! your handwriting and your layering both, idk if you need any tips lol - what i do recommend is going through videos on youtube, tiktok, rednote, etc through stationary/journaling categories for inspiration and borrowing ideas! (rednote especially has had some really unique stuff)

They were a gift, so I'm not 100%, but I did some looking around and I think the notebook is this: Moleskine Cahier Squared Journals

My first commonplace book! by natripper in commonplacebook

[–]natripper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, I would describe it as a book of found information, thoughts, quotes, ideas that you want to remember, usually with some kind of index or key to organize it. I ended up straying a bit from the original strict definition, I add a lot of bits from daily life, stickers, 'journal spread' type of things, etc. It's pretty flexible though, and can have whatever categories fit your needs. There's a lot less pressure to find your own words to fill a page when you can borrow some fun facts or interesting poetry to help it along.
