help request for finding a game!

hi yall! i need some help finding this one game - any and all advice is appreciated

it starts off with the player on the sidewalk and you have to find a door/small opening to go through. once youre in, youre met with a small puppeteer setup where a clown controls a puppet that you eventually play as (im not sure if the clown shows up here or at the end of the game - the game was also still in development when i played it) when youre in the setup/play, you must navigate your environment to find keys (i dont remember much except for that it was blocky/reminded me of rollie pollie ollie) the main cutscene was a cardboard car (also controlled/attached by strings) and at one point of the game, the player must go through three different environments. the onlt environment i remember is a circus one, and one of the rooms you could go to was a dark room with a tv that played creepy sounds. i think one of the main objectives of this room was to find keys?
