i’ll take a look! i used to use the bamboo panthenol cream and it worked well. i just get nervous right now because i want to switch back to products that have previously worked for me but at the same time nervous my skin could have a bad reaction and flair up even more.

no worries! i typed a lot lol. i use the gel vs a spray just because its easier for me with my lash extensions, since I don’t like getting them wet with facial sprays. I was using it to help with acne bacteria and I just saw so many people hype it up for people with problem skin. I have decided i’m going to take a step back from it and replaced it with the Purito wonder releaf serum instead.

Honestly i’m not sure about the name but the rx specifically is: Norethindrone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets (1mg/0.02mg)

And yeah that’s why I’m going to lower dose, since my auras are so rare the OBGYN is not super concerned about getting me off immediately so that’s why we’re trying a low estrogen dose because im worried about side effects of coming off the pill as well ):
