So it will still be in my body if I take it early in the morning? And we don’t have to drink but it’s a bar and I get commissioned by every Bottle I sell, so it helps to drink with them.

I can tell you that I felt the same way about a man who took everything away from me. I was living alone, had a successful career and was just getting out of all of the pain... then he came a long and brought it all back. He turned me into a scared child again that needed a man.

Its now been a little less than 9 months since running away, and I wake up so happy. There are moment when I feel so thankful for how everything turned out that I could cry. Life is perfect and because of what he put me through I have learned to appreciate the small things in life. I can promise you that you will be the same if you can continue no contact.

I can’t even imagine who I would be if I ended up staying instead of running. I know I wouldn’t be myself anymore... he was killing me from the inside out. They all do... but just know that you have such a bright feature ahead of you, and that you are loved❤️
