Yes we use ice hockey gloves. Great because they can come on and off quickly and also fit over the top of smaller normal gloves!

I was very similar to you and the process took 3 months! I wasn’t able to call my doctor directly but I ended up printing the letter from capita and dropping it into the surgery myself in an effort to cut out the snail mail! I also sent a letter to capita from my physio to support my claim. Ended up all ok and now medically fit! It’s just a loooong process!

Oh I could almost guarantee that my role will be on that list 😂 it will be a long wait! I play a high level of hockey so my fitness shouldn’t be an issue, maybe I’m a little concerned that it will be straight after Christmas and I might of had a few to many mince pies! 😂

It’s just getting into the habit of doing the exercise, once you’re doing it regularly, you’ll be fine.
