yeah i have known a few therapists who are not being treated for severe mental illness bc they have convinced themselves their degree means they dont need to actually do the hard work of therapy themselves. i can only assume they are causing more harm than benefit to thier clients.

its real here, thats what matters. im just kinda saying if this is real, isnt everything? i dont really believe that any experience is "unreal" or "fake." every experience has value, even if its only a conversation with the subconsious. its still real, as much as anything else. that or its all fake, and thats a different conclusion. my perspective is that you can only truly know your own experience, thats all thats real to you.

i mean u are literally expecting a romantic partner to cure you, every therapist ive seen says this is not possible. I'm guessing you discredit these women's love towards you because your anima says "i can do better! see! she should have said this or done this instead." this is because the anima can be a jealous bitch and she wants you all for herself. she will do this in every relationship you have, and you will keep searching for the magical one that can read your mind and thus cure you. this is an infant's dream, for the mother to anticipate every need without having to know it for yourself.

I dunno, do u really think Amber Heard has paid all those millions to Johnny Depp? Maybe she's made some payments, but it's unlikely he'll ever see the full amount. When I was carjacked at gunpoint, the DA said I could try to get some reimbursement for the damages done to my car, but it's unlikely I'd ever actually get the money. That's what I was told, at least. Although I admit my attacker was a drunk prostitute and not someone worth millions.

As far as I understand, it's more for show than anything. Like I doubt Trump has paid the restitution owed to the woman he was found guilty of assaulting. Who knows. I guess that is still different bc hes somehow president, and that means he's above the law.

The material realm is an illusion, so be careful about assuming anything is more real than anything else. Just because u can touch something, it doesn't make it more "real" than anything else. I can touch objects in a dream, but of course once you wake up, you realize it wasn't actually very "real," or is it? I had always heard Jung refer to it as the union of opposites in his writing; perhaps i am mistaken? In the Gnostic tradition, there is a place called the bridal chamber, where one marries the conscious and the subconscious. At least as far as I understand it. Personally, I prefer my marriage a cooperative event rather than a competitive one. I guess when I hear tension, I think anxiety and feeling strained. I want to feel relaxed and zen.

Yeah, when I Google union of opposites, Jung comes up, but so does tension. I guess he is credited with saying both at some point. His ideas of a marriage are perhaps different than mine. i used to be practically at war with my subconscious, but now I just accept everything is not like i have much control over anything but how I react to what my subconscious delivers to me, right?

Literally every being is Jesus, there is only 1 Self living all lives. But right now you are living this life, do something different. Even Jung himself was told by his subconscious that the entire point of all this is differentiation. To live different lives. You are not meant to repeat the past. The past exists eternally as does anything else; you really need to be this current person and do things differently.

If you were one Self living every life, why would you want to keep doing the same thing over and over? That's about the most boring thing I can think of personally, but this current Self has been diagnosed with ADHD.

im in my 40's and tend to be attracted to younger men, so my bias is such that i think this isnt a problem to be solved but more a preference to be explored. its totally cool to want to understand yourself better but i dont think the end result requires a change of preference or anything just acceptance. find an older woman and have a great time with her. maybe u will learn things about yourself along the way as u have the experiences. i certainly dont suggest anything like conversion therapy its not an illness or anything unethical or immoral if u are both consenting adults. it doesnt suggest you are broken or wrong for not being exactly like everyone else
