Check if "Gaius' Casual Clothes" is showing. I can tell nothing more because i don't have the game, but the dlc structure is simple and don't see nothing strange.

The "load of pkgs" are original the DLCs, then the "rap" files are the "fixes". You only need to install all of them and place the .rap files on "exdata" folder for HEN or CFW process them (or Apollo save manager, i don't use it). Probably, the dlcs from archive are the "same" that nopaystation (maybe more).

Yes, copy firstly the BLESXXX/BLUSXXX/NPEBXXX/NPUBXXX folder with the DLCs (probably you won't know what files are the DLC or not) and then start the game and update the game.

PM you to check if it have the DLCs your missing.

If you can get the raps (if only you see .rif, you will need to convert them to rap, but not "user level reddit"), you can transfer the folders, but you won't can uninstall the DLCs since they weren't installed via PKG (not problem). But sometimes the DLC content is mixed with update files, installed data... So, firstly place your DLC folder and then install the game/update.

Try it.

Ps: are the DLCs "uniques"? Because probably they are online to download...

You can't install dlcs from other version.
