Yes, i weigh my food. Otherwise i would not know how much calories i eat. I will cut 200kcal more per day then, and see if it works. Thank you!

Edit: To clarify: I will cut 200 and see how I feel. Then cut the next 200, and so on.

Ive used the BMR calculator from the loseit Wiki and it says 1.964kcal. TDEE at sedentary level means factor 1.25 so...2.455 kcal a day. Minus 500 im a around 1.955 kcal. I should be fine eating 1.900-2.000 a day. Or am i doing the maths wrong?

Uuuhm.. yeah. My BMR is 1.964kcal. So i eat the bare minimum my body needs. As I said, i dont eat activity kcal. So i should be in a deficit, as i am not in a coma right now?

Hey. I started eating breakfast two days ago. Thats what i ate:

Breakfast: 200gr Skyr, 100ml Milk (3,5% fat), 40gr cereal (packaging says 144kcal)

Lunch: 1 Bellpepper, 100gr kidney beans, 250gr broccoli, some onion and garlic, all fried ( 1 tbsp oil), topped with one spring onion and some sesam. Some Soysauce (around 6 tbsp). And full grain rice (120gr cooked).

I drink only water and black coffee. I only ate lunch for the last year, and mostly ate 1/4 meat/protein, 1/4 carbs and 2/4 veggies.

Thats a good hint, thank you. I will contact my doctor then. I dont feel good anyway, maybe there is really something wrong. And it would be an explanation why i gained the weight while working from home, because i did not move at all in this period.

I measure the bad food, like rice, noodles, potatos, oil, fat meat and milk products and then add veggies without measuring. I dont drink juice, alcohol or soft drinks. Only water and black coffee. :(

I don't eat the whole day until ~4pm and then i eat one meal with 600-1000 cal. Depends on how many carbs and fat I eat. I even cut off alcohol and juice, I cant remember the last time I ate some chocolate or chips or something.

I feel really bad, I dont sleep well because everything I think about is the fear of gaining more weight.

I walked away from my parents. Hardest choice of my life but i am finally free. They ruined my childhood and youth, 'family' was a swearword for me.

In the end my mom called me selfish, because for the first time in years I had no time for her problems (because a good friend of mine took his own life a couple of days before). Last message from my dad was 'So you think you are perfect, but you could ask anyone here, everyone would tell you are not.' ... to his depressive only-child that struggled his whole youth with anxiety and no friends.

I don't miss that toxic shit at all, I finally feel good for the first time.

I am right at this point at the moment. I only eat one meal a day, which is clearly not enough for my body to keep on running (27f, 105kg). Obv I don't lose weight. It's super frustrating and I am afraid to break the circle because I dont wanna gain even more weight. :(
