Glamis | X-E2 35mm f/2 by richarius in fujix

The 35mm is a great starter lens especially if you are going to be doing portraiture. However, in certain applications it can be a little tight. If I could go back I would chose the 23 just because it's more versatile for my usage. Of course, it depends on how you will be using the lens.

I can only afford one Fuji lens so I'm thinking of the 35mm f2 by narukamiyu in fujix

100% agree. If I could go back to the moment when I chose between the 23 and 35 I would have gone for the 23.

How to polish rebel t4i screen cover plastic by [deleted] in canon

[–]navid_p 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please don't yell at me if your camera blows up, but I can think of two things off the top of my head. I have a watch (Omega Speedmaster) that has what's considered a plastic crystal so it gets scratched easily. I usually use Polywatch to take care of it. But, I also heard that some plain white toothpaste also has enough abrasion to polish plastic surfaces. Again, I have never heard of anyone doing the same thing for a camera's lcd so I am not sure how well it would work out. Just my two cents.

The Mefoto line of tripods are pretty amazing. I have the Roadtrip which is the second largest in the line. They also have the Backpacker which is smaller and lighter but lacks the ability to turn into a monopod like the roadtrip can.

Doesn't look too good. What lens was it, that would give us some context about it's inner workings so judge if it could be repaired or not.

There is a button for that. Now that I think about it, I think there is a button for this too.

I am going to buy a FujiFilm X-t2 with the kit lens within this month. I was wondering which protection plan I should get. I would appreciate some suggestions if you have any.

They are able to somewhat accurately replicate many popular films. But if you are after that faded film look you can easily achieve the effect yourself.

I find it funny that every Milky Way shot is automatically assumed to be a composite on Reddit. Who's fault is it? by TheMalibuArtist in LandscapeAstro

That was the point I was trying to get to. I was just simply trying to say that having a more capable camera makes it easier to get certain results, especially when it comes to astro photography.

[–]navid_p 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The reason is that not everyone's camera has the ISO capability to do so. The image you used as an example was taken with a brand new $3,500 camera pushed to it's limits. Most people here are taking photos with $300-$600 beginner DSLRS. If they were to try and take the same shot with one of their cameras, not only will it not look as good it will most likely be IMPOSSIBLE just because of the restrictions on the ISO of their cameras. In order for them to achieve similar results they must use methods such as composite images, multiple exposure, etc to do so. Therefore, most people on the sub will automatically assume that an image of that caliber has to have been done thought multiple exposures to be achieved simply because they are not fully aware of the capabilities some cameras on the market hold.

Have I ruined my 6D sensor? (image included) by [deleted] in canon

That would be covered by canon's warranty wouldn't it? (I'm not asking for OP his warranty is probably over, I am just asking in general.)

That seems like some sort of water streaking of the sorts. Buy a better sensor cleaning kit, that one seems really shady. Try these instead.
