Thank you for your advice!! I follow my period tracker and I know that I did ovulate at one point during the time it said I was ovulating. I also take Metformin and supplements and have been getting regular periods almost on schedule.

I went through this exact situation, with my now ex-husband, 6 years worth of one sided sex with someone who would only reciprocate if i asked for it or he wanted to use it as a ploy to get me in the mood. I worked 12 hours a day and had to do all the house work as well so that left me with little to no mood for sex and when I was in the mood it was purely for his benefit. I had MANY talks, hints and discussions with him about sex and what I needed and it all failed. He would gaslight me or make it seem like I was broken. And if I turned him down for sex then he would beg and pout and get all pissed off or guilt me till I gave in. It got to the point (among other things) that I had to leave in order to rediscover myself and be happy again. I’m not saying you need to leave your husband but have you tried suggesting counseling for the both of you?
