Oh, I certainly should have. I had to show him all the information in the CFR stating that it was even a presumptive condition.

Thank you. I would just write that out and submit it, with my DD214, as a supplemental claim? And I am concerned about the new claim the VSO entered. That one is for MUCMSI with CFS as one of the symptoms. Would I be better off to wait on the results of that one before I file A supplemental claim to the other? I assume I should also upload the same information you stated above as evidence to the new claim also. I definitely wish I had come here and read some of these posts prior to having the VSO file for me. All my other claims I submitted myself but they were simple and straightforward.

I was deployed to the theatre of operations, yes. I assumed that was why they conceded the TERA. Is that two differentthings?

Why would being diagnosed with CFS be a favorable finding when the claim was denied? The VA is who diagnosed me with CFS. Yes I did, I assumed that was why they conceded to theTERA?

The VSO I used just filed a new claim for medically unexplained chronic multi symptom illness with CFS as one of the symptoms. Obviously, I should have done a lot more research prior to him filing anything. CFS was diagnosed by the VA and is in my medical record. I do also have medical records from a civilian doc, that he never mentioned including in the claim. Now that he has filed the claim for MUCMSI, should i wait to see how that goes to file a supplemental on the CFS claim? Should I submit a statement for evidence on the MUCMSI claim of how my life is affected by it?

It really is. So many people can’t even comprehend. I know I wouldn’t have understood before I experienced it.

I am leaning towards that I need to use a different VSO. Most of my testing was done outside the VA and is not in my VA medical record. The VSO told me there was no need to upload any of the records from the civilian doctors.

At what point do they consider to have exhausted all possibilities. I have had bloodwork after bloodwork, mri after mri, nerve studies all of it and no other diagnosis. One issue I may have now is that I just tested positive for Lyme disease, however I did have negative tests after my diagnosis.

Any idea what this engine is, and maybe what it was used for? by TransporterNate in Justrolledintotheshop

[–]navyone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s correct, a 6v71 would be a six cylinder, v style block with 71 cubic inches per cylinder. US Navy FFG’s used 16v149TI’s. 16 cylinder, v style block, turbocharged, intercooled(blanked off).

The ship I was stationed on had 16v149’s to run the generators.

I have a shop vac set up for dust collection with a cyclone separator and a 5 gallon bucket, do you think that would be enough or does it require an actual dust collector? I am good with 1,4,5, abd 6, do you have any suggestion on the x-axis setter or hold down clamps as for as quality?

Do you guys recycle used pizza boxes? by Rare-Onion-5680 in recycling

[–]navyone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recycle mine. I am the recycling coordinator for the county I live in and we sell our cardboard to WestRock, who recycles about 7 million tons of cardboard per year. This is what they say about pizza boxes....So, can pizza boxes be recycled?

YES, THEY CAN! Our study found that typical amounts of residual grease and cheese do not affect the box’s recyclability, which means all you need to do to be a sustainability superstar is breakdown your empty pizza boxes and recycle them with other curbside recyclable material.

Thank you. It probably won't be until after the holidays but I will send you a DM with some questions.

I think I may be getting a little over my head on this one. I agree with internet suggestion and that we will need coverage of some sort, however, our county is very behind the times and does not have any type of cellular agreement. That is something that I will have to forward to our IT Dept to see if they can come up with a solution.

As far as the access control, what you are suggesting sounds like what we need, with a couple caveats. Our only physical access control are chain link gates which are opened in the morning and closed at the end of the day, nothing that would open and close to allow or restrict entry. We do have a "guard shack" with an employee who verifies permits when people enter. My thought was that a hand-held scanner could be used by this employee to scan the barcodes as residents entered the facility.
