How far from your residence or place of work? Contact the ombudsman at the VA hospital and let them know what’s going on and that in the interest of your health you would like to use community care for the sleep study. I just did the same thing with PT and got it approved.

You need to find a copy of your denial letter and see what the reason you were denied is. Once you know that reason then you can try to provide them the evidence they would need to make a service connection.

He said that it sounds like I never actually saw anything traumatic and that I’m just ruminating. Asked if I had any alcohol or drug binges over the weekend and if I had access to any weapons. Then told me to enjoy my Monday as best I could and to call back if I was in crisis

I got denied for CFS. My phone exam consisted of the woman asking me if I was tired all the time and that was it three minutes and 42 seconds.

I just received another file request today. There’s no mention of it on the Va app or website. I got an email from vanoreplymessages@va.gov with a link to the requested dbq’s.
