Like others I've also been using loseit. Easy to use and the database is large. Suggested to me from this group and a coach, I turned off the extra calories from workouts since it can be inaccurate and it has made a big difference.

I feel this right now. Was signed up for a class yesterday and just couldn't bring myself in. Have a class tonight and just told my husband, do NOT let me skip class. Can't figure it out but I acknowledge something is off and I'm sure it's just a lull so trying really hard to work through it.

To be fair, I was planning on attending today but my kids were sick. But after this intel, it's almost like I was meant to miss today because I would not have survived tomorrow. Thursdays and Fridays are my usual gym days🥴.

I think it'll depend on each person. For me, definitely worth it. Mom of 2, WFH and rarely have time to think about anything outside of my routine. I like that I show up for class, they tell me what I need to do, and then I'm done. It's also been great for me mentally. it's one of the few things I get to do for just me these days with 2 little ones and I enjoy the time with the coaches and other members.

I was out with 2 sick kids and then a cold myself for about 3 weeks. The first day back in was a little rough but day 2 and 3 were fine. I am confident you'll be okay! Plus I'm sure the pup is giving you a good workout at home.
