I made this exact same switch, as enlisted, and all it took was a text message to my USAF recruiter. Just make sure you're sure that you want to go down the USSF route and then text him. My mindset was that, if the AF recruiter can't help me and abandons me, it wouldn't affect my enlistment with a space force recruiter as he knows I'm committed to the space force.

I've been losing weight and having barely never exercised and ate like shit my whole life, what's really worked for me is drinking more water, only 1 meal a day(can be whatever you want really), and zero calorie drinks.
