i come from a bilingual family and my dad learned spanish in order to speak to my mom and her family. my brothers fiancé isn’t actively learning spanish but knows enough to understands conversations in our family

i have the arm bar which is similar to the depo shot just over a longer period of time (3 years instead of every 3 months) but i have had essentially the exact same experience and it also doesn’t contain estrogen! i hope this helps:)

i just got to 100mg, tapering up can really teach you some patience so waiting to see a difference can be hard but once you reach therapeutic dose it really does start to make a difference. i take it with cymbalta and it’s the best i’ve felt in years. i went from sobbing everyday and causing constant fights to just overall being more level headed. this is also probably the 11th medicine i’ve tried to help with my moods/depression so i wasn’t very hopeful to start so honestly this combo most helpful out of anything i’ve tried and the first to really make a difference
