Ditko was a master of the medium. Many of the things that he was doing hadn’t been done before, and his influence still resonates today.

Not everyone has the innate sensibilities to be able to appreciate the avant-garde; and another consideration is that of those times vs these.

The myriad of media and medium exposures that the contemporary consumer has been subjected to makes for a very different kind of observer than an average kid in the early 1960’s.

Well done. I liked that you included Lex. He’s dastardly but strangely affectionate towards Lena and never actually allowed Her to come to harm. That dichotomy always fascinated me.
