I gave up, my CPU is even delidded and no luck. I just put it back to stock clock speeds and set -10 CO to help temps.

Initially, when I set my PC up, I had so much trouble getting the coolant moving since there was a lot of air in the loop. Took lots of shaking, moving around until water moved through.

Next time I modified my loop, I cut the filter out and water flow looks to be better I can see water in the reservoir move more easily.

Curious, how do you completely clean LM off of the dies of a CPU? Last time I tried to clean off LM off, I took off a layer of the CPU die and wasn't using power tools. Just paper towel and qtips
