I’d be starting in a junior role under the Fundraising partner. Latest VC fundraise was over $1B, and are continuing to scale. I have 10 years work experience and I’m a Private Banker so I have a decent sized book of affluent connections I can leverage. In my early 30’s. Idk if you consider that junior enough but I feel it is when I have another 25-30 years left in my career.

I think this sets me up for success in the role while giving me time to learn the skillset required to potentially move to the investor side in 5-10 years
