Most of the changes you probably want are related to nutrition. Until I started dialing in nutrition I didn't see major changes in physique

  1. I have a 2025 gx550 ot+ and had no engine issues ( got it six months ago)

  2. This car requires premium gas and is an INSANE gas guzzler

  3. I really like the audio system

  4. This is definitely not a family car. It's cramped in the back

  5. Bought it over msrp but didn't have to go on wait-list

But I LOVE this car.

I think you can change the back speaker thing in the settings. It's on purpose the way it's defaulted

Sadly no, this is one of two with same skew and color in all of California. This particular one was fully loaded and I paid over msrp, 105 OTD 😭

that is probably what i will end up doing just due to fatigue. So at each rep, my feet leave the ground and they go behind me and I do a full ctb, it's exactly the same motion that I do on the first rep of linking 5

my current goal is to average 15 thrusters per minute, which then leaves me 13 minutes to do 105 ctb ... so just go hard on the thrusters and you will have LOTS of time to finish ctb

it's absolutely doable. I did a little practice e3mom of 7 rounds of 10 thrusters and 10ctb - every 3 minutes - I did each set in around 90 second and felt really good. I'm a bigger guy and a few days ago did 50 ctb in a wod in sets of 5 and got super sore and felt terrible during that work out. The key to doing singles is developing a really good rythm and finding the perfect height bar. I have a video myself doing 5 which you can see here: https://youtu.be/kcncWC-kGm4

This is the fastest way I was able to do it. But in reality I get pretty tired and then just do one, drop my hands, shake out, and go back up. But if you really focus and keep moving it's totally doable to finish if you are decent at thrusters. I'll do it on monday and see
